We have taken a fundamental step in our growth and diversification strategy with the acquisition of the prestigious Galician companies Talleres Mecánicos Galicia S.L. (TMG) and Insder. This integration not only strengthens our presence in the sector, but also allows us to expand our capabilities and project portfolio, especially in the offshore wind, naval, automotive and renewable energy industries.

TMG and Insder are recognized nationally and internationally as first-class suppliers of metal structures for key sectors such as the naval industry, automotive, defense, civil works and renewable energies. Its most prominent customers include Navantia, Nervión Industries, Windar, Urovesa, AGI and Darchen. The integration of TMG and Insder will allow us to take advantage of the synergies between our activities, ensuring the continuity and growth of their operations with the support of their current staff and management teams.

Our General Manager, Borja Aroca, stresses that “the joining of our forces will allow us to take on larger projects, responding to the growing demand for productive capacity in the European ecological transition agenda”.

Thanks to this strategic action, EPER will have three production centres strategically distributed in the Iberian Peninsula. This will allow us to expand our portfolio of projects and customers, especially those in the offshore wind industry thanks to the new location in port. The continuity of TMG and Insder’s activities, supported by their current staff and management teams, ensures a smooth transition and the preservation of the knowledge and experience accumulated over the years.

Manuel Derungs Cachaza, Managing Director of TMG and Insder, expressed his confidence in this integration, stressing that “the sale to EPER responds to the lack of generational change on the part of the shareholders. We are fully convinced that this integration opens up a new range of possibilities, both for the professional growth of our employees and for our ability to better provide for our customers.”

This expansion of our production capacity will allow us to tackle larger projects and respond more effectively to the growing demand for our services in strategic sectors.

EPER Metallic Solutions will continue to move forward with determination, consolidating its position as a leader in the manufacture of metal structures and successfully meeting the challenges of the future.
